AUTOMATED SYSTEM OF MONITORING AND ACCOUNTING OF ANHYDROUS ETHANOL

The problem of anhydrous ethanol commercial electronic metering is particularly pointed for nowadays. Because the accuracy of measurements and reliability of data transmission channels has a direct impact on profit of the enterprise.

LLC SAUTCOM proposes an own-designed automated system of monitoring and accounting of anhydrous ethanol.

The automated system of monitoring and accounting of anhydrous ethanol (hereinafter – the System) provides metering and indication on HMI panel of next data:

• instant flow rate of the ethanol, dal/hour;
• mesured volume of the ethanol, dal/hour, dal/day;
• measured amount of the anhydrous ethanol, dal/hour, dal/day;
• part by volume of the ethanol in the output product at a temperature of 20 ?С, % vol.;
• temperature of the measured product, ?С;
• instant flow rate of the denaturant, kg/hour;
• denaturant dosing in a car-tank in proportion to the weight of the anhydrous ethanol;
• measured weight of the denaturant, kg/hour, kg/day.

The System provides preparing and giving interm report with specifying of the output product amount which was shipped at the enterprise for the selected period of time:

• total volume of the ethanol, dal;
• volume of the anhydrous ethanol, dal;
• ethanol average temperature, °С;
• part by volume of the ethanol in the output product at a temperature of 20 ?С, % vol.;
• total volume of the denaturant, kg

The System is secured by mechanical protection (security sealing) and programmatic protection from correction of measurements or from making adjustments to work (results of work) of the System.
System provides possibility of networking with computer and data transmission via modem connection to any other database, for example, enterprise accounting database or State Fiscal Service.
